Keane was slated for a private meeting with DeLay this week, but a "big storm" called Rita put a halt to the plans. Keane's comment, "I got to meet with the Whip instead!" Keane was also overheard saying that the NSSF has a new bill that they're "gonna push through" by the end of this year.
